From an idyllic fisherman’s cottages at tucked away at the seaside to gorgeous Oast Houses surrounded by the rolling Downs we have something to suit all budgets and requirements. We offer you a home from home for all the family, including the four-legged variety and all within easy travelling distances to both London and the Channel Tunnel. Rich with historic houses, scenic gardens and award winning attractions we can help you find a sense of freedom.

Kent is known internationally as the ‘Garden of England’ and it is a reputation that has been earned from its gently undulating hills, its rich hedgerows creating a patchwork of fields, flowery meadows and abundant orchards. Famed for its hop gardens and industry supporting Oast Houses that still supply large and micro-breweries throughout the county, there is now also a huge growth in vineyards particularly in the central region of the county. This is testament to the warmer weather in the South East. Find out more about holidaying in Kent here.

If you are interested in a cottage break then the coastal towns offer much variety. The North Kent coast from Whitstable round to Ramsgate and Broadstairs offers a real vintage feel to the seaside. Deck chairs, expansive promenades and shores lined with gift shops and seafood stalls hark back to the 50’s but this stretch of the coast is currently going through a revival with Michelin starred restaurants, gastro pubs and chic cafes popping up. The area has also had well directed investment and in local infrastructure is really quite impressive. The coast changes to a more industrial port look as you near Dover and this is the gateway between England and Europe, however the White Cliffs are still worth a visit.

Equally as picturesque is Sussex. Split into the two parliamentary constituencies of East and West Sussex, this part of southern England supports quiet rural countryside and a livelier, bustling coastline. The Sussex countryside features adorable villages and hamlets nestling in the South Downs. The range of chalk hills covers much of the central to southern part of the county and rolls down all the way to the coast. The quick draining soils of the downs have supported much pastoral farming and one of the highlights is its popular coast. This is rambling country and some magical walks can be had, along with the occasional diversion to long established oak-beamed pubs.

The Sussex coast features some very popular and well recognised cities and towns that not only provide for vivacious nights out but also bring a fashionable and in fact cultural edge to this ancient county. Top of the visitor lists is the city of Brighton. Here you will be able to stroll down the à la mode Lanes, visit its famous Pier and then paint the town red (or rainbow coloured in Brighton’s case). Brighton offers the ideal city break by the sea, it's mix of its traditional seaside holiday and its buzzing city centre and nightlife means that Brighton literally has something for everyone! Or maybe a cottage break in the impressive hillside town of Rye will appeal or perhaps Hastings town appeals more with its active fishing industry, famous Fish and Chip shops and then a small drive to Battle and take in some history in 1066 Country.

Book with confidence, book with quality assurance, book with Kent and Sussex Holiday Cottages.
