Smugley Cottage is like a Tardis - you will be amazed at the very spacious feel achieved in this superb little farm conversion. Every effort has been made to provide you with all you need for a perfect holiday with amazing countryside views. In a lovely location, at the very end of the farm drive, it is only minutes from the picturesque village of Goudhurst with its very good gastro pubs, bakery and village stores. Perfectly located to visit many of the National Trust properties, other historical buildings and famous gardens.  It is a great area for walkers and cyclists with Bedgebury Forest and Bewl Water on your doorstep and there is a scenic footpath leading directly from the cottage into the village.

Sitting Room is dual aspect, carpeted and has two large sofas, glass topped coffee table, Heal's classic wall unit and TV/DVD
Kitchen/Dining Room with tiled floor is very well equipped including an electric oven and hob plus extractor hood, microwave, fridge with ice box, access to additional freezer space available, if needed and a washer dryer. There is also a pine dining table and chairs
Bedroom has a double bed, bedside cabinets, chest of drawers and matching wardrobe
