The Barn is the perfect retreat in the heart of rural Kent with an abundance of famous gardens, including Hole Park - renowned for its bluebells, azaleas and rhododendrons.  There are iconic castles to visit and steam trains to catch and the Wealden towns of Tenterden and Cranbrook to explore. In the village of Benenden there is a lovely community shop/cafe, butchers and a pub offering great local hospitality which can be reached via a footpath from the property.  There is a self-serve farm shop directly opposite the property selling milk, etc.  This is the spot for the perfect holiday for two.

Kitchen Area is compact but well designed and has a two ring hob, electric oven and extractor fan, a fridge with an ice compartment, microwave and cafetiere. There is a washing machine for use by prior arrangement with the owner.

Sleeping Area has a zip and link super king size bed with bedside tables, a rug, a chest of drawers and shaker style hanging pegs with wooden hangers
Bathroom is tiled and has a bath with hand held shower attachment and shower over, heated towel rail, washbasin and w.c.  Bathrobes are provided

Garden: There is outside seating by a large unfenced pond, on the grass, to the front of the property, with use of a barbecue.
