A Country Walk in Kent

For a really lovely walk, drive to One Tree Hill at Under River and park in the National trust car park- free to all. There is a network of paths including the Greensands Way, through beautiful woodlands, especially at Bluebell time and viewpoints where you can take a rest and enjoy spectacular views of the countryside.

One of the routes takes you to Ightham Moat, so you can pay to go into the magnificent gardens and house or save that for another day and just buy a drink or snack at the kiosk and take a well deserved rest in the picnic area.

You can then return by a different route back to your car.

After a long walk in the Kent countryside why not cool off in your own swimming pool?
