Celebrating 50 years since the death of Sir Winston Churchill last week who was regarded as one of the greatest war time leaders of the 20th century.

Living in Chartwell until his death in 1965 which is located in the beautiful countryside near Westerham in Kent, this is now part of the National Trust organisation. Take a visit to the wonderful house and gardens to get a sense of why Churchill loved living there. Open from March throughout the year.
