Be inspired this spring and rather than hop across the Channel to fill your car boot with French wine and champagne, tap in destination Kent vineyards and be amazed! Here in The Garden of England, not only will you find a great harvest of sun ripened fruit but a great natural by-product, the humble grape - wine and cider! Within a ten mile radius we have several vineyards that produce fabulous wines, sparking wines, ciders and apple juice. These wineries offer guided tours and wine tasting, pre-booking a must to avoid disappointment. We have a brochure full of lovely properties, some very local to Biddenden and Sandhurst Vineyards, Hush Heath Winery in Staplehurst and Herbert Hall in Marden. Marigold Cottage in Rolvenden, which is only a few miles from the award winning Chapel Down Winery outside Tenterden, is offering two free tickets for a guided tour and wine tasting during the spring months. As the days seem to be already getting longer, with just a hint of spring in the air - it is the perfect time to book a break in the glorious Kent countryside.
