Quaint seaside towns to visit this summer as featured on time out website include Margate and Broadstairs in our area.
Margate, described as shabby chic with a growing emphasis on chic.
Lots to see and do here with Dreamland park now having a pay to ride scheme which allows you to enter the park as a spectator free of charge.
The Turner Contemporary gallery is a popular, free attraction standing on the seafront overlooking the vast sands popular with families. Sandcastle competion anyone?
Broadstairs is described as 1950s seaside innocence. With its safe, family fun beach of Viking Bay with the gaily painted beach huts, tiny cinema and Bleak House where David Copperfield was written are just some of the fantastic attractions to visit.
Not forgetting Morellis retro ice cream parlour taking you back in time where you can enjoy an ice cream, not forgetting the flake.
