Get ahead of the game this February Half Term
Half term is almost here, why not get ahead of the game by planning some time in Kent & Sussex, there’s lots on offer and save yourself from hearing - “Mum / Dad - I’m Bored”
Here’s a selection of activities on offer, there are many more but here’s a few to get you thinking.
Superhero February at Hall Place and Gardens in Bexley. Come dressed as a super hero and join the story.
Find the knight’s shining armour along the heritage trail is being held at Rochester Castle. There’s a small prize to be won!
Half term at Howletts Wild Animal Park – Fun for all the family.
Canterbury Museum has fun packed creative activities planned for each day.
A Bug’s Tea Party on the Romney, Hythe & Dymchurch Railway
As you know Kent & Sussex have plenty of National Trust properties and gardens and these provide some great days out.
Snowdrop Walk at Hever Castle following the picturesque snowdrop lined trails.
Battle Abbey is busy this Half term offering two things. Choose Knights and Princesses, dressing up fun from page to squire or the early Man Quest where you search for the whole Early Man tribe through set clues.
Be an around the World explorer around Penshurst Place and gardens, you will need to keep your eyes peeled so you don’t miss the expedition hidden in the gardens!
Finally, Half Term Hunters at Leeds Castle. This is Family fun in your wellington boots, searching for hidden clues in the ground and trails at the most beautiful castle in the world.
