Well suited to two couples or a family looking for a seaside city break, Cheltenham Cottage is a charming base to have. Within walking distance you have all of Brighton's attractions, including the historic Royal Pavilion and famous Brighton Pier, and an array of choice of eateries and cafes. The cottage itself is beautifully furnished and provides a relaxing environment for when you return from exploring the city. Its open plan living area is great for socialising and its pretty patio garden provides a space for al-fresco dining and pets to safely roam free. Beautiful house in the heart of North Laine. Walking distance of great shops(especially Bert’s), cafes and restaurants. Seafront and pier easily accessible too. Lovely clean, seaside decor and warm feel to the property. Fantastic shower. Added bonus if a small courtyard at the back. Perfect the whole family and our dog. Would highly recommended this property and will definitely be back!!
We were very happy with the property and company. The reservation process and check-in was smooth and we didn't have any negative issues at all during our 2 week stay over the Christmas holidays. We were happy to arrive at a very clean, well maintained property. There were some Christmas decorations up including a tree; this was a very nice touch and really appreciated! There was even a bundle of firewood which we didn't get to use as it wasn't cold enough. The wifi worked properly, beds were comfortable and there was plenty of room. There were just 2 of us but it would be suitable for 4 people. Everything we needed was close-by with tons of shops and supermarkets a short walk away. We loved it, would stay again and give it a 95% satisfaction score!
Lovely property in the centre of Brighton. Although no parking, Secure 24 hour parking 5 minute walk away by the station. In the middle of the iconic Laines of Brighton with plenty of places to eat, drink and shop. Beach and promenade less than 10 minutes walk away and dog friendly section of beach. Convenient supermarkets close by with Tesco, Sainsbury’s and M&S represented as well as main stores a short drive. Good mix of places to eat and drink both independents and major chains. Relatively quiet given city centre location.
The property suited our requirements. I would not hesitate to recommend it to others.
