Full of character and charm, this lovely Grade II listed property is in the main conservation area of Deal. Although a terraced cottage, it is surprisingly spacious with attractive original features, and has very flexible and comfortable accommodation over three floors. Just yards from the sea, it has the benefit of a pretty garden room (which is themed like a beach hut) and a lovely, secluded and sunny walled back garden. The inglenook fireplace, with wood-burning stove, gives added warmth and focus for those cosy winter nights, and the cottage is only a short stroll across the square to the pub! Deal has an excellent range of shops, two weekly markets, two castles, a pier and two small museums, all within walking distance.
