This lovely Victorian, semi-detached house with direct beach access, fabulous sea views from the verandah, rear patio and terraced garden, has been totally renovated yet retains its original style. It is located near Hampton Pier on the western side of Herne Bay which is a pleasant walk along the sea-front path to the centre of town for shops, cinema, restaurants, theatre and various sporting facilities. Herne Bay is located on the North Kent Coast just eight miles north of the historic City of Canterbury. Shop: 0.5 mile Pub: 0.25 mile Coast: 0 miles

Sitting/Dining Room is wood panelled, has wonderful sea views, a comfortable three seater sofa, armchairs, coffee table, desk, dining table and chairs, feature fireplace and a rug on the wooden floor and a door to the front verandah. For entertainment there is a TV ,DVD, books and payphone
Kitchen is bright and very well-equipped including gas cooker, microwave, fridge, freezer, washer/dryer and breakfast table and chairs. Double doors lead to the sun-trap patio
Bedroom 1 faces the garden, has a double bed, bedside tables, wardrobe and chair

Garden: Small fenced front patio and rear patio with garden furniture and a useful outside shower for washing off the sand and salt! Steps lead to terraced, sloping garden with a bench on one level providing wonderful sea and dramatic sunset views across the local roofs. Although the garden is fenced it may still be possible for children or pets to escape.
Parking: At the front of the property for one car only, any other cars to be parked on the road above the house or in the car park at the end of the beach road.
Heating: Gas central heating.
Pets: 1 dog welcome. There is a £50 pet charge taken on arrival.
Notes: The terraced garden is not safe for the very young or elderly. Young children require special supervision on the front verandah.
The property was in a super location and had everything that we needed to have a very comfortable stay. Will definitely look to book again.
