This semi-detached seafront home, traditionally furnished with a sunny rear patio and decking at the front, looks straight out to sea across a path and the wide shingle beach offering a grandstand view of the spectacular local sunsets. The property comfortably sleeps 2 with the option of a futon bed for a child only. Located near Hampton Pier on the western side of Herne Bay, it is a pleasant walk along the sea-front path to the centre of town for shops, cinema, restaurants, theatre and various sporting facilities. It is a pleasant 15 minute walk to the popular resort of Whitstable. This single storey holiday house retains many quaint, original features and has polished wood floors throughout.

Sitting Room with sofa, coffee table and wood burning stove, TV/DVD and has sash windows which offer uninterrupted views of shore and sea and double folding doors to.

Kitchen is well fitted and equipped with a cooker, fridge, microwave and a washer/dryer

Garden: There is a sunny rear patio with garden furniture and a steeply sloping grassed garden. 
Parking: At the front of the property for one car only.
Heating: Gas central heating and wood burning stove.
Notes: The garden is not safe for the very young or elderly. Two adults and one child occupancy - not 3 adults. One small dog welcome.
