This semi-detached seafront home, traditionally furnished with a sunny rear patio and decking at the front, looks straight out to sea across a path and the wide shingle beach offering a grandstand view of the spectacular local sunsets. The property comfortably sleeps 2 with the option of a futon bed for a child only. Located near Hampton Pier on the western side of Herne Bay, it is a pleasant walk along the sea-front path to the centre of town for shops, cinema, restaurants, theatre and various sporting facilities. It is a pleasant 15 minute walk to the popular resort of Whitstable. This single storey holiday house is an ‘older property of character’, being a semi-detached, wooden, 1895 seaside property retaining many quaint original features and has polished wood floors throughout.

The property was exactly as described on the website, perfect for us plus small dog. Loved the location.
