Little Hampton is a spacious, detached bungalow with direct access to the beach, fabulous sea views, an off-road parking space, also a further parking space to the front if required and front and rear patios. It is located near Hampton Pier on the western side of Herne Bay and it is a pleasant walk along the sea-front path to the centre of Herne Bay for shops, cinema, restaurants and various sporting facilities. Sitting Room is bright, spacious, has wonderful sea views, comfortable three seater and two seater sofas, table and chairs, coffee table, a rug on the wooden floor, TV/DVD/CD, selection of books and games and sliding doors to the verandah
Kitchen is a large room with table and chairs,corner sofa at the far end of the room, electric double oven and gas hob, dishwasher, microwave, fridge, freezer, washing machine and tumble dryer
Bedroom 1 faces the sea and has a double bed, bedside tables and wardrobe. A travel cot is available if required.
Bedroom 2 faces the garden and has twin beds, bedside table and wardrobe
Bedroom 3 is a bright room and has single bed, bedside table and wardrobe

Outside: A small front patio and a sheltered, sun trap, rear enclosed patio with barbecue and garden furniture.
Parking: Off-road parking space for one car in front of house and a further parking space to the front if required. Any other cars to be parked in road above the house or in the car park at the end of the beach road.

Notes: This is a seafront property therefore steps and pathways can be slippery and care needs to be taken. There is a terraced rear garden which is private and out of bounds. A gardener is employed and garden maintenance may be ongoingPets: Pet charge is £40 a week or part of at this property. Only small/medium dogs allowed. Please bring own bed, blankets, bowls and please remove all evidence of pets from the property and garden at the end of your stay.
