The location of Randview is second to none, at the end of a private road right on top of  gently sloping cliffs, directly on the Viking Coastal Trail, this fabulous property offers breathtaking views of the sea, across to the old Herne Bay pier and the remains of the Roman fort Reculver Towers.  The house offers every convenience and comfort and is a wonderful place to bring the whole family together. With a delightful garden that wraps around the property, large patio area with gas barbecue, a gorgeous conservatory with comfy sofas and a dual aspect wood burning stove - this is the perfect place to unwind and soak up the views and seaside atmosphere.

Garden: Large fully enclosed delightful wrap round garden with lawn, mature trees and shrubs and wonderful views of the sea.  Small patio area with bistro table, four chairs and outside w.c.  Large patio with garden sofa and bean bags, large aluminium table with 6 reclining chairs and charcoal barbecue.  The Viking Coastal Trail for walkers and cyclists runs along the side of the garden.  Access to the beach is through the garden gate and steps leading down the cliff approximately 20 metres.
Parking: Private off-road parking and directly outside the property on private cul-de-sac for 2/3 cars.
Heating: Gas central heating and wood burning stove.
Pets: Dogs well catered for with welcome pack and separate room to sleep in (up to 2 dogs). Cats on request.
Notes:  Excellent Welcome Pack and guest toiletries provided. Bag of logs and kindling supplied for wood burning stove.



This is a great pace to relax and to enjoy coastal walks. Very comfortable, amazing views - we loved it here.

So loved this property and its location. Wonderful garden, fantastic views and walks. Far enough away from the town to take advantage of not being overcrowded but near enough to walk to. Perfect for dog owners. A very friendly place to visit. Loved it so much we have booked again for next year.
