House right on the sea front with access directly to the beach. Super promenade right outside the back garden for children to ride their scooters or bikes or walk! fish and chips about 150 yards away on the promenade and the other way a café about 100 yards away. Small swimming pool by the café. House a great size on different floors with plenty of space and very well equipped a real home from home. Plus a realistic price for a weeks holiday.Mrs Gill Cameron - 5th August 2018
We love Watsons and this was our fourth stay. We are about to book for next year.Mrs Jo July - 4th June 2018
Lovely house. Very well provided with books, especially for children, and gamesMrs Celia Hatfield - 4th September 2017
We had an amazing stay at this property. The views were spectacular, you could not get any closer to the beach unless you camped on it, and the local amenities were on our doorstep. From lovely walks, to dog friendly pubs and a quaint High Street, Hythe has it all! Griggs, the fish monger that cooks its catch, is a must - you will find it at the end of the promenade on the beach. Also, The Spitfire Cafe, which just on the way out of Hythe - towards Dymchurch, is a must for WW2 enthusiasts. Set in a mess tent, with music from the 40s and surrounded by memorabilia from the war years, Simon cooks a wicked breakfast. We will definitely be back.Mrs Tracy Summers - 2nd January 2017
Loved it so much that we have already booked to go back !Mrs Jean Peterson - 11th July 2016

Hi We loved our stay at the Watsons. The description of the place was accurate, right beside the sea. You literally walked out from the front and the seaside is outside. The cottage was very well equipped and all necessities were given. A lovely welcome hamper was provided which was a really nice surprise, thankyou I would definitely recommend this place and possibly return back one day. My family enjoyed the stay, thank you.Mrs K from London - 8th May 2015
Our stay was absolutely perfect. The house is amazing, everything was incredibly clean, the way it is decorated is lovely and it was the most equipped house we had ever rent. We were really touched by the welcome package too. We will recommend the house for sure and will definitely rent it again should we stay in Kent !Miss G from France - 7th January 2015

What a fabulous house - we enjoyed a truly magical Christmas here in Hythe. The winter light is amazing - we have been treated to clear sunrises/sunsets. Scampi and chips at the Hythe Bay Seafood Restaurant is amongst the best we've ever had.
