The Annexe is a perfect tranquil little escape for a family of four. The Owners who live in the adjoining grand old house called The Grange are very hospitable and offer extra little welcoming touches for their younger visitors. The house is located in the lovely village of Saltwood with ancient Saltwood Castle just down the lane, a good pub, excellent restaurant and small convenience stores. Overlooking the church and pastureland and very close to the local park this really is a lovely spot, the traditional seaside town of Hythe with its boating canal, famous miniature railway and long pebble beaches is just down the hill. Or head off for a wild day out to Port Lympne Wild Animal Park only 4 miles away, historic Canterbury or the atmospheric Dover castle are also within easy reach. The local area offers so many places to visit and activities to choose from you will want to come back next year! No Short Breaks but this property will accept 5 nights minimum stay.
