An elegant first floor apartment filled with light and with stunning uninterrupted views across the channel to France. This lovely property comfortably sleeps four and has a beautiful balcony across the front where you can sit and enjoy the amazing views which will be hard to leave behind! Located almost on the beach and within a few minutes walk of the centre of town, this is a perfect holiday home with everything that the traditional and quaint town of Hythe has to offer. Take a boat out on the Royal Military canal, hop onto the Romney Hythe & Dymchurch miniature railway, or just browse the independent, artisan shops. If you take a stroll along the promenade at sunset, head just round the corner to the champagne bar at the Hythe Imperial Hotel. Port Lympne wild animal park is only a few miles away and historic medieval Rye or Canterbury are just 40 minutes drive east or west. With so much to choose from a return holiday will be needed! Living Area has the original Edwardian fireplace ( not for use - feature only) and local artwork on the walls with a leather sofa, two armchairs and coffee table. There is also a large flat screen T.V. with Freeview service and a telescope. A large bay with French doors leads onto the balcony overlooking the sea
Kitchen has wood effect flooring and is well-equipped with, a fridge/freezer, dishwasher, microwave and oven with four ring hob and extractor fan above. There is also a pod coffee machine and the washing machine is housed in the bathroom cupboard

Bedroom 1 is carpeted and has a king size bed, with bedside tables and lamps. There is a wardrobe, dressing table and a couple of occasional chairs

Bathroom has a tiled floor and bath with electric shower over, heated towel rail, hand basin and w.c. The washing machine is housed in the bathroom cupboard.
Garden: There is no garden for this property but a balcony across the front of the property overlooking the sea with small folding table and chairs
Parking: There is designated off-street private parking to the rear of the property or free on street parking in front of the property
Notes: There is a balcony on the front of the property so young children should be monitored at all times. The Owner does have a dog that visits the property, but the property does not accept pets. A travel cot is available for guest's use.
