Ballarat Apartment is a lower ground floor apartment within a newly renovated Victorian townhouse. The entrance is reached via outside steps. Once inside, you will find a spacious and beautifully decorated open plan living space with a double sofa bed, woodburner, a separate bedroom with kingsize bed, a cosy understairs snug and a bathroom.
Doors to a small, paved patio. The larger part of the garden is gated off and belongs to Ballarat Upper House.
Margate is a thriving, buzzing seaside town with something for everyone, from the stunning golden sands, harbour and funfair, to the artistic quarter of the Old Town. Ballarat House is also very close to the arty shops of Northdown Road and wild swimming at Walpole Bay.

Out and About: Margate has so much to offer young and not so young alike. The award Golden Sands are a huge attraction, as is the vintage Dreamland funfair. The Old Town has a fabulous selection of independent vintage shops, art galleries, cafes and restaurants. Art lovers can visit the Turner Contemporary gallery, and walkers can take the Viking Trail and walk the coastal path to Broadstairs and Ramsgate.
