Description

This stunning property has views to the sea and backs onto a golf course - what better location could you have! Saxon Shore is at the end of Island Wall in Whitstable -  it is a very quiet location, just minutes from the beach and a gentle stroll from the town centre with its specialist shops, many pubs and restaurants including the renowned Whitstable Oyster Company Restaurant right on the beach and the fabulously named "Crab & Winkle" restaurant in the harbour! Another great plus is allocated off road parking just outside. Whilst here you can have day trips to Canterbury with its wonderful cathedral and Howletts Wild Animal Park, Rochester for a "Dickens" experience and Margate for the Turner Contemporary gallery. Travel to or from London in less than an hour too.

is a glorious living space with a feature glass brick wall and  French doors leading out to the full width balcony with views over the golf course. There are two large 3 seater sofas, a huge flat screen TV and an antique dining table with six chairs. Through to
Kitchen with views to the sea and a little ante-room, has everything you need to create a family celebratory meal - gas oven and hob with extractor hood, built-in eye-level combination microwave, fridge, freezer, nespresso coffee machine and a dishwasher 

Second Floor:
Bedroom 3 is the Master with views over the golf course and the sea.  It features a fabulous super king-size four poster bed, bedside cabinets, chest of drawers, wardrobe and wall mounted TV. There is also an En-Suite Bathroom fully tiled in blue moasic tiles with shower over the bath, heated towel rail, washbasin and w.c and a Velux rooflight

Garden: Fully enclosed gravelled courtyard garden with decking area and garden furniture.
Parking: In an allocated parking bay outside the property. 
Heating: Gas central heating.
Notes: 2 dogs welcome.NO BBQs. The tumble dryer can be found in the garage ( which is not for parking use)

Lovely holiday home. Great location, very well equipped and so clean. Beautiful, spacious lounge with lovely views. Parking for one car, be aware that it's hard to park a second one!
