Nestled within Brighton's city centre this unusual property is full of surprises. Minutes from the train station with off road car parking and secluded patio it's no wonder people are keen to snap this one up. The original oil paintings that decorate the ground floor are matched by art deco lighting and furnishings giving the interior a certain contemporary feel.

Cosy cottage in an excellent location: a quiet street but just an easy walk to the station, buses around the city and close to the Laines and The Pavilion. The off street parking is a fantastic advantage to this property.
Great location ★ ★ ★ ★ ☆ The perfect location for access to the station and shops.
Great location - right opposite the Caxton Arms pub! When we stupidly locked ourselves out of the house, Best of Brighton reacted well (both from Norfolk office and locally) and Carol from the Brighton office restored access as quickly as possible. Off street parking was a great plus. Great location - easy walking distance to everywhere.
We had a lovely time in a beautiful positioned and well equipped cottage. Would definitely go again
Lovely property in a very quiet street, with a pub on the doorstep, and only walking distance from the shops and the railway station.
We really enjoyed our stay; the cottage is a very convenient and nice base to come back to. The offroad parking is especially useful in central Brighton, plus the cottage is well laid out and equipped. The Caxton Arms over the road was a particular pleasure - very welcoming and very dog friendly. Overall, a most enjoyable stay. Thanks
