This newly renovated cottage, which is attached to the main house, is situated just a few steps from the beach on the West Sussex coast on a private estate near the village of East Preston. The main living area is spacious and light with high ceilings incorporating electronic skylights. It has plenty of mod-cons including under floor heating, mood lighting and solar powered blinds, as well as Smart TVs and brand-new cooking facilities. It has been beautifully decorated in cool calming colours with hints of the seaside to remind you that you are indeed right by the sea. This property sleeps 2, a perfect retreat for a relaxing and romantic getaway.

This cottage has bi-fold patio doors leading out onto a large south facing patio with comfortable outdoor seating with access to the main garden. There are pubs and restaurants within walking distance. Arundel Castle is only 5 Miles, which has an open-air lido swimming pool. Goodwood is only 19 miles, so this is a great spot for accommodation for Goodwood Festival as it is easy to reach from the A27.
