Adelaide Mansions I is a comfortable balcony flat on the first floor of a fine period building right on the seafront in Hove, approximately a mile from Brighton's city centre. Relax on the lovely balcony, with table and chairs, giving you plenty of open air space to enjoy the fantastic seaviews. Enjoy a swim in the sea or take a leisurely stroll along the promenade and have a cup of tea in the beach side cafe of the beautifully restored Bandstand. Visit the many attractions that Brighton has to offer, take in a show at the Theatre Royal or a concert at the Dome. If you are coming for a conference then The Brighton centre is not far away. Brighton and Hove has a wealth of fabulous restaurants, whether it be the humble fish and chips or fine dining.  Visit the many fascinating towns and sites that Sussex has to offer from walking up the Devil's Dyke and the South Downs or further afield to Arundel, Chichester and Goodwood.  Shop: 0.4 mile  Pub: 0.3 mile  Coast: 0.1 mile

The flat was ideally situated with an easy stroll down the beach front to Brighton. The facilities offered were ideal and spot on for our requirements and the lift was a welcome added bonus. The meet and greet company rep was excellent, she showed us around the flat in detail and took us to the secure parking area and explained the method of entry etc.
