The property 'The Studio' was a very high standard and catered for all the family, although we had no children with us the owners had made provision for their needs, we were fortunate to meet the owner, she made us very welcome and could not do enough for us, many thanks.Mrs J Sheehan - 6th July 2017
We could not have wished for better accommodation, everything top notch including the welcome pack from Rae. The lovely hamper, all the gadgets and equipment in the house. The information and detail is second to none. Any new visitors should visit the harbour, lovely Tai restaurant very interesting watching the boats. Eastbourne, Hastings, Seaton, Battle, all worth a visit. Great food at Aqua Bar - Fish Pie and Fish and Chips - delicious. Thanks again for letting us to stay in your beautiful home and for all your kindness and understanding. The Sheehan & Clegg Clan - 30th June 2017
What can we say? What a lovely house. Inside is everything you could need, a real home away from home - beautiful. You could not wish for a better location either - well done to my husband for finding this not so little gem! Our girls (11 & 7) have enjoyed the garden, and of course the beach! The fish and chip shop nearby is LOVELY - be prepared for a wait, but so worth it. The Castle Inn is very welcoming. Most of all though we'd like to thank Jane. The welcome basket was full of lovely things, but most of all the wonderful Easter Egg hunt for the girls - how thoughtful, they loved it! Thank you , Lovely lovely lovely!! "Thank you for the Easter Egg Hunt!" from Emma and Lucy. The Starrs and The Gillivers - 14th April 2017
A fabulous, modern sea-side home with all the mod cons you could think of ! We appreciated the lovely hamper and the children loved the Easter egg hunt in the garden. You have a great sound system and a lovely wood - burning fire. Lewes is definitely worth a visit, Beachy Head is spectacular, free tennis courts much appreciated. One note of complaint - George the "Pilot Teddy" had a great time with our son's toy rabbit family and he looked very sad and lonely when we left. Please could George have a Teddy companion, as our son wanted to take him home with us and it was a job persuading him not to ! Thanks for everything.Priestner Family - Cheshire - 1st April 2017
A wonderful place to stay. Very clean when we arrived, we had such a great time! I love how the seafront is just up the road. Thank you.Sharker Family - London - 19th February 2017
What an incredible place! The house and it's facilities are perfect and all you could ever ask for. The hosts are absolutely the best and there is nothing more you could ever expect. A perfect location and perfect facilities. ThanksSera Lolicato - Australia - 27th December 2016
Beautiful house. Great location, so quiet and peaceful. We will definitely be back. We were blessed with good weather so sitting in the garden in the evening with a glass of wine was heaven. Plenty to do in the area. We were fortunate the airshow was on this week. Highly recommended!!The Dean Family - 19th August 2016
Lovely holiday home. We have really enjoyed our stay. Thank you for the welcoming gifts! We say a fond farewell to The Studio.Mr Benn - 12th August 2016
Wow!! What a fantastic house you have here. We were instantly impressed with the cleanliness, gadgets, etc. Inside and out are equally impressive. The piano was enjoyed by us all although none of us could play and the sound system is so good we want one ourselves. The location is perfect for exploring the south coast. The welcome basket of "goodies" was a pleasant surprise and much appreciated, such a lovely touch. We will recommend your property to all our friends and family and we hope that one day we will return.Ms Pauley - 5th August 2016
We had such a lovely time at The Studio! Thank you for letting us live in your beautiful house. New guests: you have to go to Batemans and have a picnic on the lawn, eat breakfast & cake at the Ocean View Cafe, visit Sharnfold Farm and go as often to the beaches as you can! Thanks for the welcome basket! p.s. We had no rain in 14 days!Borger & Pechstein - 27th July 2016
Nice quiet beach, modern cottage with all modern conveniences, lovely location, loads of attractions within easy reach.Mrs Sandra Bonser - 21st June 2016
Lovely house with nice quiet beach. Shops in easy reach. Enjoyed various activities and coastal walks. The Bonser Family - 17th June 2016
Had a very nice holiday in this lovely house. The garden is very peaceful on a nice day. It's strange that Pevensey Bay seems to be a private beach only 50 yards away. We haven't seen more than four people on the beach at any time. Thanks to Jane for keeping the house so immaculate and for her help. The Hopkins - 13th May 2016
A fine house, spotlessly clean.Mr Terry Hamilton - 17th April 2016
We have had a wonderful week's holiday! A perfect place for meeting up for a family reunion! Lovely house, spotlessly clean. The welcome hamper was a lovely thought with something for everyone. The girls loved the bubbles! We've been really lucky with the weather too! We are sorry to be going home. Thank you Sandra, Terry, Sarah, Fabrice, Lucy and ChloeHamilton & Beoustes Families - 15th April 2016
The facilities in the house are impressive if a bit bewildering for analogue era people. We have never stayed in a property that is completely digital! - Thank goodness instructions for everything. We have learned to love gadgets and when the weather was bad, we were very well entertained. We would like to say a big thank you to Jane for all her help. We would love to return :-)The Hamilton Family - 8th April 2016
Wow! What a house, we have had an amazing time. Thank you for the hamper that was very kind.Family Stanford-Wilkinson - 1st April 2016
We have just arrived home having spent a lovely relaxing five days in Pevensey at The Studio – it really was lovely – in large part due to the house. Thank you for all the information you passed on to us . Roz was so welcoming, friendly and helpful. It all made for a memorable Christmas. We enjoyed ourselves very much. Mrs Thompson - 28th December 2015
Everything has been excellent. Thank you.Mrs A Beckford - 3rd November 2015
A lovely house for our special celebration family get together with ages from 93 years to 8 months, this house suited us all - even the teenagers! We enjoyed exploring the house gadgets as much as the area, from the coloured lights to the fireworks at the bandstand, Eastbourne. We didn't have the best weather this week but in a house like this and great company, what more could a family need? We would love to come back in the future and will definitely recommend to family and friends as a MUST go to holiday home. The Nichols & Watsons, Maidstone - 28th August 2015
A really special house. Six adults, one toddler and one baby - more than enough facilities and space for all of us. We all live near London so it was lovely to be able to walk to the sea and enjoy the wonderful view. Loved the area - lots to do for both adults and children. Leaving with great memories of a lovely holiday and time together. The Harrisons and The Murphys - 21st August 2015
Thank you for letting us use your wonderful house. We had a 27 year old with a broken leg and everything, including proximity to the beach, made our holiday so easy. We have had mixed weather but still had a wonderful week. A great one for wet weather - 1066 Target Shooting in Hastings. A great one for any weather - walk on the beach!!The Metcalfe Family - 14th August 2015
What a fantastic house. Everything you need is present. Our teens loved the smart TVs with Netflix. We've done some nice trips, for example Seven Sisters and an audio tour in 1066 Battle of Hastings Abbey and Battlefield. Thank you.The Borst Family, Holland - 7th August 2015
We had a wonderful time in this beautiful house. We loved every detail here, what a nice place to stay! Many thanks for everything. The Jendrosch Family - 24th July 2015
Thank you for letting us stay in your beautiful house. You have thought of everything. Although the weather has been a little mixed, we still have had a great time. The beach is so quiet - amazing. We would love to stay here again. The Heaton Family - 17th July 2015
A very well equipped property with some outstanding features, maintained to the highest standard.Mr J Beckett - 5th July 2015
Great Stay! Enjoyed the garden and local beach with our young children. Local sites and beaches were good too. Beachy Head was ace! Lovely house - enjoyed the sound system and the music on it, and the lights kept my boy happy for hours. Many thanks! We have had a great time and would love to come here again, great place to stay. We have played the piano, the tone is lovely. The Beckett Family - 3rd July 2015
Such a wonderful weekend - and we were blessed with sunshine! The house is a real treat - from the flowers and welcome pack on arrival, to tinkling the baby grand, board games, binoculars, smart TV (in every room) and enough hiding spaces in the garden for everyone to have some peace!
We enjoyed Aqua Bar - a quick walk along the beach - lots. Bring your own board game and you can sit and watch the world go by whilst kids play on the beach. We walked to Pevensey Castle to explore and ventured to Eastbourne in 10 minutes in the car. Most of all we enjoyed the beach whenever possible. With a kite, take-away coffees from Ocean View Bakery and best of all Saturday night take-away fish and chips with a bottle of wine on the beach. We had the place to ourselves. Utter bliss! The Lloyd Family - 15th June 2015
Sadly we are now home and we wanted to let you know that we had such a great holiday in Sussex, and the 'icing on the cake' was certainly the accommodation. The Studio is stunning inside and out, and was everything and more than we had hoped for, so well equipped, comfortable and modern. As an architect myself I would be proud to have created such lovely spaces which worked so well for our family. We felt special to be your first clients in this new venture and wish you well with future bookings - we feel you have got it just right! Many thanks again from all of us. Garry Mines - 31st May 2015
