Located in the historic village of Rottingdean, just 4 miles east of the bustling city of Brighton, this beautifully decorated apartment is everything that you could want for your seaside holiday. Taking its name from the iconic windmill at the top of the hill, from which you have stunning views across the landscape and out to sea, this property is well suited for a small family, two couples, or a group of friends. Its double sofa bed and additional en-suite bathroom make it very flexible for its guests.
Windmill View is situated in a 19th century building on the little high street - where you will find boutique stores, welcoming pubs, and cute cafes - and the pretty pebbled beaches are only a 2 minute walk away. If you wanted to explore Brighton, with its faster pace of life, then regular busses from the end of the road will take you directly to the city centre. The coastal walk is also a delightful way to get from Rottingdean into the city and with Brighton marina along the way you can stop off for a spot of lunch in its charming harbour. Rottingdean is the perfect destination to experience both the seaside and the countryside and from the apartment you can easily reach the South Downs National Park with its many walks over the rolling hills. Make sure you snap up this great property, before it is too late! Coast: 0.1 miles, Shop: 20 metres, Pub: 30 metres, Central Brighton: 4 miles, Eastbourne: 20 miles.

Comfortable lovely light filled apartment in a great location with all conveniences. We will definitely want to return to this beautiful place and this fantastic modern flat.
Lovely stay from start to finish. Warm welcome from Sue to her flat which felt like home. Lots of things to discover when you step outside - lovely walks, nice pubs and local shops. An address to come back to with no hesitation.
Lovely comfy home; perfect for leaving the car and using public transport as well as enjoying plenty of walks from the doorstep. Very attentive host- helpful and welcoming
Excellent bus service into Brighton - £5 return
Beautifully presented, in a very central location. Everything you could wish for in terms of equipment, and the fixtures and furnishings were all very new and modern. We had a wonderful week.
Immaculate and comfortable. Close to lovely pubs, gardens and the sea. Easy access to Brighton and the Sussex Downs.
This is an immaculate apartment with everything you could possibly need during your stay. Set in a lovely village with some great eateries. Lovely welcome from the owner. Who could ask for more?
Lovely clean comfortable apartment decorated and furnished beautifully. Very well equipped, everything on hand. Sue, the owner, was very welcoming and full of useful information. Totally recommend this property and would certainly visit again. Some lovely little shops to visit, easy bus ride to Brighton, eat at The Plough if you get the chance!
Sue and her daughter's Abi and Georgia were very welcoming and looked after us very well .. lovely hosts .. looking forward to our next stay
A home from home. Perfect for two couples. And an excellent alternative to staying in Brighton. Just walk into Brighton via the undercliff route, then leave the hustle and bustle behind once you have had your fill. Great sunset. Recommended!
This flat is even better than it looks in pictures. Amazing hospitality, very clean and feels like home away from home
We could not have had better care from Sue. We particularly appreciated the Christmas decorations and her immediate and very caring response to a small concer that we had.
