Cottage as beautiful as ever- wonderful welcome from the owners and a very tasty home made cake. Although the weather was wet and windy we still got to explore. We will be back thank you.
Forget me not is by far the best holiday home we've stayed in. The hosts have put in so much time and thought into equipping and dressing the house. Camber Castle proved a gentle 90 minute amble there and back. The peace and relaxation is such a tonic. We only wish we were here longer.
We had a lovely relaxing stay at Forget me Not. A lovely place with everything you could possibly need. Thank you for the lovely welcome and the fantastic lemon drizzle cake which we enjoyed very much. Thanks again.

Has a lovely stay at Forget Me Not, Everything we could have wanted and more. Hope to be back again.
We spent our autumn holidays here to discover the South East of England. It was our first time in England and at the seaside and the beach. Our children loved the beach and the ocean. We felt like being home from home for this week in this comfortable accommodation. thank you for having us all the best to you.
We have had a wonderful stay at Forget Me Not. The bungalow is perfect - you have provided everything that we could possibly need. It was a joy to find it so spotlessly clean. We have enjoyed several local walks and been to may of the local pubs and restaurants, which are generally to be recommended. Just wanted to say thank you for the Welcome Package! The cake was delicious & the milk & mint chocolates very much appreciated. We had a lovely time! Our week here has passed by far too quickly!
Fabulous, extremely well presented cottage, with excellent amenities. Everything you needed was there, great welcome pack.
We all would like to extend our sincere thanks for the time and effort you have taken to make our stay at Forget-Me-Not so welcoming. Thanks ever so much for the kind hospitality, everything was extremely well presented. Home from Home
Accommodation is in a good spot for walkers and beach goers alike. Near to Rye with it's interesting shops. Good spot to explore Sussex and Kent.
We really enjoyed our stay at Forget Me Not. The cottage was ideal accommodation giving us everything we needed. We had a wonderful time in Sussex and will aim to come again.
Wow!!What a tremendous holiday home, a real home from home. We thoroughly enjoyed ourselves and would recommend Rye for lazy walks and food. See you again soon. The Brooks Family
Dear Carol and Graham, We loved Forget Me Not, and after a long drive your cake was most welcome along with the wine! The house was beautifully finished and had everything we needed. It was a perfect base to explore the area and the beaches nearby. Note to anyone else: visit Dungeness Old Lighthouse for incredible views!
Thank you very much for the great time we've had during the last two weeks. The cottage is just wonderful, equipped with everything one needs all fitting together in a very pretty style. We enjoyed the welcome package especially the home-made cake, was delicious. We lovely to go to the beach and do little hikes in the nature park. We did a lot more excursions than planned to visit the historical sites around and got really interested in English history.
What a beautiful cottage "Forget-me-not" is. Just perfect. Gorgeous lemon drizzle cake, we ate it all, and the bottle of wine. Such a nice surprise. Everything was pristine and everything one needed. The bed was really comfortable and we didn't want to get up. Thank you for everything. We will be returning. It's been a great week.
We enjoyed our three weeks stay here in Forget Me Not very much. It is such a great place to relax and to explore the environment. People in the neighbourhood are friendly and helpful. Many thanks to Carol for the wine and the delicious lemon cake. Also many thanks for the beautiful Forget Me Not bag! We have had a great time.
Superb. Lovely property . Great hosts .beautiful area .
Such a nice little house! Great beds and as someone else wrote - those little touches, such a pity we only had time to sleep here! The weather was too good...
We had a great time. Many thanks for the thoughtful little touches particularly the cake!
We had a lovely Easter break in this delightful home. We made a few car trips to Rye, Winchelsea and Pett Level, but otherwise great walks along the beach: west to the cafe and east to the Mary Stanford Lifeboat House. We had a nice Easter roast at The Ship and bought bread at the shop, fresh fish from Suttons and other shopping at the Coop. We had plenty of rest, with some rainy days relaxing in the conservatory. Thank you for the welcome pack, wine and delicious cake.
A well presented 2 bedroom house. The cake was delicious thank you.
Many thanks Carol & Graham for a wonderful stay. What a wonderful welcoming and Well equipped home- we've all thoroughly enjoyed ourselves. Thanks too for the welcome groceries and fabulous cake.
