Cottage well equipped with lovely small enclosed garden. Winchelsea felt very unique. Pristine and quiet village with great history, with lovely walks around. A hidden historic gem! Interesting places to visit within 20 miles radius. Great little museum, church and pleasant pub with nicest beer garden I've been in. One small shop selling good quality basics. Would love to return some time to White Cottage. Thanks
The property was comfortable and had every thing one would need. An absolute joy to stay there.
Fabulous little cottage in a beautiful village
We fell in love at first sight of White Cottage in Winchelsea - that really says it all! The town, which I had seen briefly over thirty years ago, is lovely, too, and the inhabitants are very friendly.
Outstanding property, the best we have ever stayed in.
Loved Rye, fab shops, winchelsea a pleasant surprise very historical, quiet and welcoming locals, fab farms shop and the new Inn great food, surprised to find big pub garden, pub at Rye Harbour excellent food William the conquer highly recommended, holiday cottage a real gem, cozy, and great walled garden ideal for a family dog.
The cottage is very clean, well equipped and ideally located. The new pier at Hastings, as well as the Old Town and the Jerwood Gallery are well worth visiting.
