The property is single storey and offers a comfortable open-plan living and dining area. There are many footpaths, bridle ways and quiet lanes to explore, yet not far away you can shop for some wonderful local produce (the owners of this cottage supply and own a butchers shop in Hawkhurst). This area has some superb foodie pubs and the very popular Kino cinema, serving delicious coffee all day. This is a perfect base for visiting the many castles, gardens, National Trust properties and historic houses easily reached within a short drive from this delightful holiday home.
