An immaculate, detached holiday cottage, built and maintained to a high standard and located in peace and tranquillity in the grounds of the owners' modern family house, yet with privacy and the use of a rear fenced garden, large front gardens and rural views. Situated approximately one and a half miles from the village of Staplehurst with its mainline railway station to London (one hour) or the coast, this charming property is in an ideal location for visiting nearby Sissinghurst Castle and garden (five miles), Leeds Castle (eight miles) as well as the many other gardens, castles and historic houses which are all within easy reach. Tunbridge Wells, Maidstone and Hastings are all within a thirty minute drive and Dover is only forty five minutes drive for day trips to Europe. Shop: 1.5 miles Pub: 1.5 miles  Coast: 27.2 miles
