It is a beautiful restored Cottage full of charm, with all the necessary amenities and a really comfortable place to stay.

Past Customer,

We have had a lovely week in a very charming cottage. It has been a very pleasant place to stay as well as an excellent base for exploring East Kent.

The Ling Family,

Beautiful cottage in a lovely rural setting, we had a great long weekend in Pond Cottage. Particularly appreciated the large garden and being able jump on our bikes for cycle rides in the Kent countryside. The cottage's location is good for exploring this corner of Kent, with a large stretch of the coast within half-an-hour's drive. The cottage is beautifully restored and very comfortable - just watch your head..."

The TL Family,

What a beautiful gem Pond Cottage is! Everything about the house is charming and done to a very high standard…from the careful and clever restoration of centuries-old cottages joined together, to the attractive and comfortable furnishings throughout. We loved the hand-embroidered curtains in the dining room, the vibrant colours on all the walls, the gorgeous claw-foot bath…and that’s not even mentioning the garden, which is extremely pretty and big enough for kids and the dog (and adults) to run around happily. Its location is fantastic – we explored lots of great beaches nearby, visited lovely towns and villages and went on some great cycle rides and walks. Definitely coming again and highly recommended.
