This is our second short break to this property. It is tucked away in a quiet location but is well-sited for local amenities and attractions or just relaxing in the garden. It's well-equipped and has the best welcome pack I have every had. As the neighbouring property is not yet complete, we had the hot tub to ourselves! Andrew is always available to help with any issues that may arise.
We have just spent 5 idyllic days staying in the Bolthole, a beautiful hut set in a perfect scenic rural location far from the madding crowd. Andrew and Heather have created a comfortable and homely interior to the huts with great attention to detail. Their friendly welcome and a Welcome pack for guests when they arrive includes Heather's very own honey from her bee hives, delicious. We highly recommend Plush Huts and all that surrounds the site including the great pub, the Three Chimneys nearby. Cannot wait to go back. Thank you so much Andrew and Heather.
What an absolutely beautiful spot . Just been there for a week and will be booking again . The Bolthole is exactly what it says , if you want to get away from it all and love nature , peace and quiet and wildlife this is it . Andrew and Heather have put a huge amount of thought and consideration into all of the little touches , nothing is forgotten . The garden is secure for the dog and the hot tub is a real pleasure to sit in and just watch the sheep in the meadows by the side . Everything you could want us here . We definitely will be returning hopefully soon .
The accommodation was amazing, we got a beautiful treat basket when we first turned up with was a lovely touch. It was clean and immaculate! Definitely planning on staying here again in the summer!
The ‘Bolt Hole’ is the perfect country getaway. Beautifully appointed throughout. From the lovely bedroom and en suite to the beautifully fitted open plan kitchen/living room with every appliance you may need and ‘Alexa’ on hand to advise with just about anything! This cosy retreat is perfectly placed for the many Kentish attractions and lovely cosy pubs and restaurants nearby. It is set in beautiful, quiet countryside with lovely views across the fields and woodlands. Andrew and Heather are fantastic hosts who have gone out of their way to offer a very warm welcome and upmarket facilities. We thoroughly recommend the ‘Bolt Hole’ to anyone looking for comfort in the peace and quiet of the countryside. We will be visiting again.
