This spacious studio for two has been beautifully converted and offers the perfect hideaway providing luxury living and contemporary style. It is situated in a rural area of natural beauty, surrounded by orchards and yet is close to many National Trust properties and famous gardens, great gastro pubs and award winning vineyards.  So just tuck yourself away in this charming studio apartment, designed with care and attention, offering every modern convenience and enjoy all that Kent has to offer.  The entrance is on the ground floor and opens cleverly into a dressing area and shower room.  Open plan living and sleeping  is on the first floor with a zip and link king size bed and is brimming with uncluttered style including a sumptuous Kelly Hoppen bed throw.  There is a small covered outside seating area with great views across the owners' garden and farmland.  The village of Brenchley has a butchers, a post office and a cafe/bar.  Tunbridge Wells is close by as is Tonbridge which has a good train service to London.  There is lots to explore in this lovely countryside location and even a day trip to the beach is not too far away.

Parking:  Secure parking next to the property on brick paving, behind the main electric gates.
Heating:  Electric thermostatic radiators. The property has very good levels of insulation.
Notes:   Minimum 2 nights stay accepted. The zip and link bed is made up as a super kingsize - if twin beds are required please advise at time of booking. There is also storage for own bicycles.
