Reviews

The accommodation is very comfortable. The area has much to offer, either on foot or motoring round the beautiful Kent countryside. Spoilt for choice for local eateries, if you are prepared to look around the area.

Mr Alan R,

Lovely barn, very friendly and helpful owners. Handy having the farm shop/cafe close. Enjoyed our too short stay, comfy beds and would stay again.

Mrs Julie M,

Lovely space & amazing farm shop. Very pleasant owners & peaceful location. Thank you for the cake.

Mr S,

The hosts were great, very friendly, we ended up packing a lot of food to bring with us, however, we could have got everything we needed from the farm shop behind the property so i think its worth mentioning the extent of what can be bought there - fishmongers, butchers etc

Mrs Delia M,

Thank you for our lovely stay in this cosy cottage.

Mrs M,

Thanks for four cosy days in this warm, well-equipped barn. Beautiful weather added to its charm!

Mr A,

Two very comfortable weeks, quiet and peaceful with glorious weather. Location perfect for touring Kent and East Sussex. Loved Penshurst Place, Pashley Manor Garden, Smallhythe and Sissinghurst. Many thanks to Georgie & Bill, excellent hosts, who have thought of everything and looked after us so well. We hope to return!

Previous Customer,

Cannot fault the property. Very comfortable with all mod cons. It is well placed to visit the local attractions.

Mrs Marilyn B,

Fabulous stay, lovely place. Thank you for the supplies!

Previous Customer,

Quaint, comfortable, restful. A pleasant, too short, break.

We enjoyed our stay here. Lovely house and beautiful location.

Mr W,

Friendly, helpful hosts.

Mrs Debra S,

A lovely stay in a lovely place. Thank you Bill and Georgie for your hospitality!

Mrs G,

The bedrooms and bathroom facilities are particularly good at this property, there being a choice of bath or shower, all in excellent order. The beds are the most comfortable self catering beds I've slept in, and for that reason alone I would return to Hartley Dyke Barn, as its important when on holiday to really be able to get good sleep. The owners are delightful and very knowledgeable about the area, and very accessible to answer questions and generally chat. I would certainly recommend this property and hope to return.

Mrs Elizabeth B,

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay and would recommend the place and its owner.
