Whirlwind tour of the area - Fabulous Hose- Fabulous weather and Fabulous scenery!!. I left Kent 50 years ago so needed to touch base again. We hope to be back again soon.
Thank you for your kindness and hospitality, you have a very beautiful home and a lovely family. Thank you for recommending Camber Sands, it was beautiful and for the lovely treats you left us. We highly recommend the cottage
We enjoyed our stay in Little Nut Cottage, a comfortable and welcoming home after our explorations of Kent and Sussex. We especially enjoyed the Charleston Farmhouse, Monk's House, Sissinghurst Castle and Gardens, Great Dixter and Bateman's - everyone unique and special. We loved our farm-to-table meal at the small Holding, and dinner at the Three Chimneys and the Milk House. The kitchen was well equipped for the meals we enjoyed in our cottage. Thank you for the welcoming gift of rhubarb cake and juice as well as the chutney and jelly. Much appreciated!
Thank you for a lovely cosy stay, the wood burner was great whilst watching the rugby on a wild and windy weekend
Thank you for a lovely, comfortable and relaxing stay. The cottage has been perfect especially with a cosy fire in the evenings. A great base for exploring Kent and a day trip to London. We particularly enjoyed the walk to Sissinghurst Castle with a nice lunch at the local pub. Rosie has enjoyed her stay - with so much to do we've all had some good nights of sleep!
Thank you for the delicious cake, jam, chutney and apple juice which was much appreciated. We think Little Nut Cottage is really cosy and well appointed, just what we needed. We have thoroughly enjoyed our stay here and would love to come back.
Little Nut Cottage, furnished and decorated with love. A hidden treasure amongst the beautiful Kent landscape and gardens. The generous owners do their best to guarantee a nice stay, and we did just that. Other guests - visit London or Beachy Head, Hastings, Sissinghurst Castle Gardens and Canterbury or just drive around in these green surroundings and enjoy it as we did.
What a wonderful cottage this is and made all the better with our hosts kindness in letting us sample their products. We have seen some superb NT houses and gardens and food wise we have been spoilt for choice without having to travel far. Thank you for a really great week.
Thank you for the warm welcome with flowers, home made chutney and cake. We enjoyed our stay and walking and driving in your beautiful country.

We had an excellent stay in Little Nut cottage. The owners are very kind and have provided us with all kinds of home made products. Thank you to the owners.
Owners made us feel very welcome. Great location for visiting local historical houses and not too far to the coast.
Thank you for the a lovely stay in your wonderful cottage, everything was perfect including the apple tart, jam and juice.
We have had a very enjoyable week in this delightful and comfortable cottage. David and Annette take extra steps to see that we were made welcome including homemade jam and apple juice, as well as delicious homemade gooseberry cake. Their knowledge of good places to eat was very helpful. Thank you very much for a lovely stay.
We have had a truly wonderful week in kent with simply amazing weather. Little Nut Cottage is a wonderfully appointed holiday cottage with everything you could wish for to make it a real 'home from home'. The raspberry jam, gooseberry cake and apple juice were a lovely surprise & thoroughly enjoyed. We visited many National Trust properties and great recommendations for places to eat. We wish you every success and want to say a huge thank you for making us so welcome.
Little Nut Cottage is spacious and fully equipped. The welcome from the owners was very warm with homemade cake and jam and apple juice from fruit from the garden. Although the cottage is right in front of the house of the owners you have a lot of privacy. Groceries can be done in Cranbrook, Hawkhurst or Tenterden. The area offers many opportunities for cultural trips. There is a lot of information in the cottage. Also about walks.
We had a short but lovely stay at the Little Nut Cottage. We enjoyed seeing lots of gardens, brocante and historical sites. One of the highlights was the fox family down in the field. The playing cubs at sundown while Mom watched over them were brilliant! Thanks for the scrumptious apple cake and apple juice! Keep up the good work Annette & David.
We have very much enjoyed our week in Kent - especially at such a well-appointed 'base' with excellent facilities. The goodies received upon our arrival were very much appreciated, thank you! Thank you for a very comfortable stay!
Our hosts were very pleasant and friendly and had left some lovely ‘goodies ‘ for when we arrived. A lovely property for 2, very well fitted out with comfortable and good quality furniture and bed. Lots of thoughtful extras and lovely garden views. Good safe parking and the property owners have fitted an electronic device for safe exit from the drive onto the road, which was a great help.
We have had a lovely week in Little Nut Cottage, a beautifully appointed cottage and very comfortable. David & Annette have made us very welcome and we greatly apprceiated the cake, chutney, apple juice and milk waiting for us on our arrival. The weather has been kind for most of this week so that we have had the benefit of looking out onto a beautiful garden - without any effort needed on our part! Well done Annette & David!! Everything needed to make you feel at home is in the cottage. All in all a great week, thank you.
