There is a modern fully equipped kitchen, ready for you to whip up some culinary delights, a cosy sitting room with feature fireplace making this the ideal place to retreat to after a day out and about. When it is time for some rest and relaxation, two wonderful bedrooms can accommodate four guests with use of two bathrooms.

Out and About:
Set within the stunning Kent Downs, which is in an AONB, this property is perfect for exploring the local delights directly from your doorstep! You can access wonderful walks along Pilgrims Way and the Otterten Estate. Cycle around the local area with many delicious gastro pubs along the way to tickle those taste buds! Hop in the car and you can be in Canterbury within 30 minutes and visit its World Heritage Cathedral, fantastic array of independent shops, and brilliant theatre. The lovely historic market town of Faversham is just a short drive away and is renowned for its quirky shops, local market and MacKnades Fine Foods.
On your doorstep 10/15 mins drive away: Riding stables, Belmont House and Gardens, Doddington Place and Gardens. Leeds Castle with Go-Ape and Segway Tours. A bit further afield: Dover Castle (30 mins) and Whitstable (30 mins), famous for its annual Oyster Festival.
