Reviews

The Mews - Two Bedroom House, Sleeps 4 Review 5 STARS!! Very comfortable and cosy cottage. Very useful "welcome pack". Cottage is well situated for visiting Kent and London. We would definitely like to stay here again.

Previous Customer,

Thank you for our comfortable stay. We really enjoyed our time here in your beautiful cottage. We visited Leeds Castle, Hever Castle, Eastbourne, Pevensey, Whitstable, Sissinghurst and we also took the kids to the beach in Broadstairs. This is a lovely village and we could walk to the Goudhurst Inn which was family friendly with a little play area. Thank you also for the lovely plums and treats.

Previous Customer,

We had an enjoyable stay here. Really clean and good accommodation with everything you need. The calm area here was a good location to be based for our trips to London and Eastbourne etc. Thanks for the time here and we will recommend to others. Greetings from

Familie S,

What a pretty cottage, we felt really well accommodated. When we entered the main room with it's high ceilings and slender beams a great window! A convenient yet quiet and secluded location with so many things to discover nearby. We haven't seen it all but we enjoyed a lot - The Crown & Eagle, The Church Tower, Bedgebury Forest & Go Ape, Hastings Old Town, Cranbrook Tudeley's Church with the stained glass window by Chagall, Camber Sands and Diggerland. The weather was mostly dry with some rainfall but some hot days at the beginning. Thank you for the lovely welcome with delicious cherries.

Family from G,

Lovely cottage and well situated in the village. The people we met were very friendly and helpful, would recommend Kent to all my friends.

Previous Customer,

Mews Cottage has been a warm, comfortable home away from home from which to explore Kent & Sussex. The weather has been cold and damp but hasn't prevented us from having a good time.

Previous Customer,

Thank you for the lovely welcome package! The cottage did not disappoint. It was lovely for the 4 of us. We had all we needed and more! You even gave us a week of sunshine. The beds are comfy and the cottage is well heated. Thanks for everything.

Previous Customer,

Previous Customer,

I had a very nice stay at the Mews. The house has everything you can ask for and very well equipped. I recommend it and I would definitely come back.

Ms Giorgia G,

Excellent property and situation

Mr Michel P,

Goudhurst was a charming place to stay but the traffic travelling through was surprisingly heavy. We ate at several pubs but our favourite was The Vine. We enjoyed visiting Tenterden which we may choose the next time we decide to holiday in Kent with lovely shops and a good choice of places to eat and it had a lovely feel.

Mrs D D,

Attractive, pleasantly decorated and wonderfully cool and spotless house with nice courtyard. Milk, bread, butter, cherries and marmalade were ready for us. The owner of the house came to check whether the bedding was okay because of the warm weather. Very thoughtful!

Mr I,

The owner provided a welcome pack which was much appreciated. Having Wi-Fi was essential as phone signal not good in the area. The cottage was exactly as described very cosy.
