Kitchen: Fully fitted kitchen, ceramic hob, electric oven, fridge/freezer, microwave, dishwasher and washer/dryer. Bedroom Area: Double bed, bedside tables with lamps and wall storage with hanging rail.
Walk-in Wet Room: Accessible shower, wc, washbasin and heated towel rail. An accessible chair is available on request. 

Garden: Private patio area with seating and BBQ. The garden area has laurel hedging but is not yet enclosed.
Parking: Private parking for 1 car.
Pets: 1 well behaved dog allowed.
Heating: Air source heating.
