With wonderful woodland views from the first floor balcony entrance, this stunning loft conversion could be the most romantic hideaway ever.  It has been styled with luxury and comfort in mind to make this a truly memorable experience, from crisp bed linen to hand crafted pieces of furniture.  The interior is open plan and has a spacious and light seating area with a streamlined modern kitchen and breakfast bar for sophisticated dining and there is under floor heating throughout to ensure you are cosy at all times. The bedroom is partially screened and has sliding doors to the en-suite shower room. Meadow Loft offers a unique opportunity to escape to the countryside and be surrounded by nature.  It is set in the owner's well tended garden where you will see hens pecking around and cattle grazing in the adjoining field. You can walk through the fields to the enchanted gardens at Groombridge Place, the local village pub and the general store.  You can cycle the Forest Way from Groombridge to East Grinstead and you can hop on The Spa Valley railway which stops at High Rocks, with acres of breathtaking sandstone rocks and woodland footpaths.  You can continue on to Tunbridge Wells, where you can shop and eat in The Pantiles, which is a historic colannade of shops and resturants. From this secluded tranquillity you can vist Penshurst Place or Hever Castle, explore Ashdown Forest or simply sit back and relax, the choice is yours!This property will accept short breaks on any start date.

Garden:  There is a first floor balcony at the entrance with table and chairs with stunning views and there is a separate lawned garden with garden furniture at the front of the property.  There is also use of a barbecue and a table tennis table undercover in the double bay garage

Notes: The owners have chickens in their garden and cows in an adjoining field.  Free range eggs will be available when the hens oblige!  There is also storage for own bicycles.  There is a strict no smoking policy both inside and outside the property. The property is not suitable for children but will accept babes in arms - please bring your own cot.
