With wonderful woodland views from the first floor balcony entrance, this stunning loft conversion could be the most romantic hideaway ever. It has been styled with luxury and comfort in mind to make this a truly memorable experience, from crisp bed linen to hand crafted pieces of furniture. The interior is open plan and has a spacious and light seating area with a streamlined modern kitchen and breakfast bar for sophisticated dining and there is under floor heating throughout to ensure you are cosy at all times. The bedroom is partially screened and has sliding doors to the en-suite shower room. Meadow Loft offers a unique opportunity to escape to the countryside and be surrounded by nature but is only 4 miles from Royal Tunbridge Wells. Meadow Loft is set in the owner's well tended garden where you will see hens pecking around and cattle grazing in the adjoining field. You can walk through the fields to the enchanted gardens at Groombridge Place, the local village pub and the general store. You can cycle the Forest Way from Groombridge to East Grinstead and you can hop on The Spa Valley railway which stops at High Rocks, with acres of breathtaking sandstone rocks and woodland footpaths. You can continue on to Tunbridge Wells, where you can shop and eat in The Pantiles, which is a historic colanade of shops and restaurants. From this secluded tranquillity you can visit Penshurst Place or Hever Castle, explore Ashdown Forest or simply sit back and relax, the choice is yours!This property will accept short breaks on any start date.

Dining Area is a breakfast bar with 2 comfortable high backed stools
Bedroom has a king sized bed, bedside niches, reading lights, an armchair, luggage rack and a dressing table with mirror and chair
En-Suite Shower Room has hand crafted sliding doors and is fully tiled with a large drench shower head, a heated towel rail, a washbasin with drawer and a w.c
Garden: There is a first floor balcony at the entrance with table and chairs with stunning views and there is a separate lawned garden with garden furniture at the rear of the property including a dining table as well as 2 lounge chairs. There is also use of a barbecue and a table tennis table undercover in the double bay garage
Heating: Under floor heating and a plinth heater under the sink
Parking: Private parking next to the property
Notes: The owners have chickens in their garden and cows in an adjoining field. Free range eggs will be available when the hens oblige! There is also storage for own bicycles. There is a strict no smoking policy both inside and outside the property. The property is not suitable for children but will accept babes in arms - please bring your own cot.

Lovely accommodation in a fantastic setting & we loved the cows & chickens:) We visited Penshurst Place, Hever Castle, Groombridge Place & Bluebell Vineyards. Lots of National Trust places within east reach & two pubs within walking distance. Our highlight was a beautiful 10-mile walk that Julie & Martin recommended to us - there are public footpaths from the property. Another highlight was the steam train! Lily & Simon
We've had a lovely time at Meadow Loft. It has been a great base to explore the National Trust. We enjoyed visiting Leeds Castle and Down House.

Meadow Loft is an extremely stylish and beautifully finished apartment with a fantastic view set in a peaceful and wonderfully rural location. The property is very comfortable and a great space in which to relax and unwind. The hots are lovely people, helpful, interesting and welcoming. Hope very much to come again.
