Located just behind the bustling colonnaded high street of Hawkhurst this pretty mid terrace cottage offers spacious accommodation for two and also welcomes a dog.  Hawkhurst offers a good range of daily shopping with a good butchers and bakers, a pub renowned for its food, a Kino digital cinema and lots more.  Hawkhurst is on the Kent and Sussex border offering lots of scope for exploring the local woodlands and countryside and also the Sussex coastline.  The property has a modern and stylish open plan living area continuing into a well equipped kitchen with French doors opening on to a mature enclosed courtyard garden, perfect for outside eating and relaxing. The cottage has private parking to the end of the terrace.  The location is perfect for cycling or walking in Bedgebury or boating at Bewl Water.  The moated castle at Bodiam and the gardens at Sissinghurst Castle are both only a short drive and the spa town of Royal Tunbridge Wells offers a great selection of shopping, cafes and restaurants.  The Kent and East Sussex Railway now runs for 10.5 miles between Tenterden and Bodiam and there are many local vineyards offering wine tasting and tours including Biddenden Vineyard which is Kent's oldest commercial vineyard.
