From the start of booking the holiday, communication with Lisa was first class. She was able to answer all my questions and provided perfect directions to Hattie especially for someone who doesn't know the area. The property when we arrived was spotless and the location and amenities could not be faulted. Our welcome bundle was full of delicious local produce and such a personal touch and really appreciated. Lisa stopped in to check we had everything we needed when we arrived and showed us how to work the all important hot tub! She also provided us with some good suggestions on places to eat locally. Highly recommend The Great House as their pizzas are lush! Our stay was delightful and we had the most amazing weather and waking up each day to such beautiful surroundings made us never want to leave. It was also lovely getting to meet all the horses and the farm cats especially Hobbes the black cat who carried out regular checks on us. The fire pit was fab on a chilly April evening and everything was provided for this. Cannot recommend highly enough and cannot wait to return!!
