The property is adjacent to Bedgebury, a beautiful place for walking, cycling, adventure play and Go Ape. There are many cycle trails for all abilities, miles of woodland walks, wildlife and birds to admire and there is secure storage at this property to store own bicycles. There is direct access to the forest from a cycle trail within 600 metres of the cottage. It's also perfectly placed for visiting the coast, many National Trust properties and gardens including Bodiam and Sissinghurst and the nearby towns of Royal Tunbridge Wells and historic Rye and Battle. From local vineyards and farm shops to golf courses and fishing lakes, this property offers a great holiday base to explore both the Kent countryside and the Sussex coastline.

Pets: One large or two small well behaved dogs welcome. Please bring your own bed, blankets, bowls and towels for muddy feet. Pets should not be left alone at the property and all evidence should be removed from the garden and house. Dogs must be secured in a crate at night and the crate is provided.
