From tractor shed to super-chic country barn - in the most wonderful farm setting - with a jaw-dropping view across the fields to a hilltop village beyond. Three sets of doors open out onto the garden and private patio so the countryside really does feel part of the house. Experience country living with every modern convenience provided for you making your stay relaxed, luxurious and stress-free. Horsmonden village has a good selection of shops including a general store, Post Office, hairdressers, two pubs and also hosts the Gipsy Fair on the second Sunday of September each year. The central location is brilliant too for exploring right across Kent and Sussex - Royal Tunbridge Wells is only a few miles and the wealth of National Trust properties and Gardens in the regions are easily reached.  Shop: 2 miles Pub: 2 miles  Coast: 25 miles

Ground Floor:
Open Plan Sitting/Dining/Kitchen with underfloor heating beneath the tiles and stunning vaulted ceiling and glass minstrel gallery. There are two three seater sofas, two armchairs and a coffee table in the Sitting Room area with large wall mounted flat screen TV with Free Sat, a DVD player and a well stocked bookcase. There is a painted pine  table and 6 chairs which are located by the doors looking out over the patio and the wonderful views. The Kitchen Area has everything you could want - a Bosch electric oven, hob and extractor hood, microwave, built-in appliances including a large fridge/freezer, a dishwasher and washing machine. A wide selection of pots, pans and cooking utensils are also provided
Bedroom 1 lies off the kitchen area and is carpeted, has a king-size bed, bedside cabinets, wardrobe and dressing table and stool. Door to side garden and also to En-Suite Bathroom with tiled floor, hand held shower over the bath, heated towel rail, large mirrored cabinet, washbasin and w.c. May also be accessed from the main Sitting Room

We've enjoyed a very comfortable week in the splendid Bill's Old Tractor Shed. Really well appointed with everything we needed. A good base for lots of nice places and family in Brenchley. A brilliant week with the added bonus of great weather. We would recommend The Goudhurst Inn, The Old Vine Cousley Wood and Olive Stores (Brenchley) Heath Stores at Horsmonden is superb for daily essentials and unusual treats.The Hendersons from Guiseley - 30th August 2013
