Originally the stables to the owner's house, this charming little house provides comfortable accommodation in the centre of the picturesque village of Nonington in Kent.  The property has a pretty enclosed cottage garden with great views across the meadow and fields beyond -  great for a stroll with your dog via the nearby gate to the excellent local pub.  It is only fifteen minutes drive from the cultural and vibrant city of Canterbury with its great shopping, cafes and historic sites, or the wonderful beaches at Sandwich and Deal.  With a cosy dual aspect wood burning stove in the sitting room and dining room, this is the perfect spot to curl up and relax after a day's sight-seeing in the gorgeous Kent countryside.  Shop: 3.4 miles   Pub: 1.2 miles  Coast: 8 miles

Sitting Area is carpeted, with a window to the front, providing a two seater sofa and armchair plus a cane chair with a side table and coffee table, TV/DVD player and dual aspect wood burning stove shared with the Dining Area
Kitchen is completely refurbished with stone flooring, eye-level double oven and grill with gas hob, a microwave, dishwasher and fridge/freezer.  The room is lovely and bright with dual aspect windows and has a small table with two stools

Bedroom 1 is a very pretty carpeted room with an ornate metal frame double bed and bedside tables.  There is a  built-in cupboard and wardrobe with a dressing table and armchair
Bedroom 2 is also carpeted, and has attractive floral wallpaper, built-in cupboards and wardrobe around the pretty metal framed double bed.  There is also a small occasional table with mirror, a coffer and a chest of drawers
Bathroom has amtico wood effect flooring, a bath, large walk-in shower, washbasin and w.c

Garden: Private and fully enclosed pretty cottage garden with circular lawn, flower borders and large patio with garden furniture and barbecue.  The gate at the end of the garden gives on to open meadow and pasture.
Parking: Secure private parking for two cars directly in front of the property.
Heating: Gas central heating and wood burning stove.
 Notes:  Bookings cannot be taken for Sunday changeovers.  The property is not suitable for children under 12yrs. Duvets are non feather. No smoking at this property. Two well-behaved dogs accepted by arrangement.
