Firs Coach House was originally the stables to the owners' imposing Grade II listed home and it lies tucked away down its own drive creating a good degree of privacy. The village of Rolvenden has plenty to offer - the C.M. Booth Collection of Historic Vehicles is located in the middle of the High Street - specializing in Morgan three-wheeler motor cars, and has a variety of other vintage cars, motorcycles, bicycles, displays of toy and model cars, there are two pubs, a village shop, garage and a thriving Farmers Market on Thursdays. Historic Rolvenden Windmill and the glorious gardens at Hole Park are just outside the village - and an easy drive takes you to Rye, Camber and Hastings for a seaside treat. There is an added bonus in the summer months you can enjoy a dip in the outdoor swimming pool in the owners garden next door!! Shop: 800 yards Pub: 500 yards Coast: 11 miles

Wonderful holiday. The Hinges were very generous hosts. We loved the easy access to the beautiful pool. The property was very well equipped and comfortable. It was also very pretty. Lots to do in the local area. Highly recommend. Hope to return.
Possibly the nicest cottage for two yet! Brownies are amazing! Cranbrook is also a great base for visiting so many places. We recommend The George in Cranbrook, The Milk House in Sissinghurst and The Peacock on route to Goudhurst. A fantastic week despite 35 degrees!
Thanks for a great week. Beech Cottage is a real gem. You've clearly lavished such thought and expense - we really appreciate it - plus the surrounding county. We've had a great week!
Thank you for a warm welcome and a lovely hamper. Your cottage is a beautiful cosy place to stay. We were entertained outside with rabbits and squirrels, your dog, the local fox and lots of birds and not to mention the lightning display. We saw lots of Kent.
We had a wonderful time in this beautiful, cosy cottage hidden away, but in the centre of all the wonderful places to visit. Thank you for your hospitality. The places we liked most were Great Dixter, Smallhythe Place, Sissinghurst, Hole Park, Rye and at the coast - Seven Sisters and so much.
