Description

Bluebell Byre is a great example of craftsmanship with its stunning vaulted ceilings and oak floor throughout.  It sits proudly along side its mirror image, Barley Byre, offering the same wonderful comfort and style. The living space has been very well thought out with a cosy wood burning stove as a focal point. Set in the grounds of the owner's house with its own private, fenced garden overlooking a well stocked fishing lake, a calming spot where you can try your hand at reeling in the catch of the day!  Explore the local gardens at Hole Park and Sissinghurst Castle with its' garden rooms, the magnificent moated castle at Bodiam and a popular weekly Farmer's market in Rolvenden village. Drive to the popular country town of Tenterden, with its eclectic range of shops, restaurants, pubs and antique shops and just a bit further afield are the glorious seven mile stretch of golden sands at Camber - and the historic cinque Port town of Rye. With far reaching views and rambling walks from the property it is a fabulous holiday location.  Shop: 1.3 miles  Pub: 1.3 miles  Coast: 14 miles

Reviews

The property was kept to a very high standard, very clean. The bedding and towels are a very good quality, towels where actually white and not grey like some places!!!! The owners are very nice, easy to talk to, should you need any information they are only to willing to help. We had a fabulous week and shall return as the men miss their fishing! I must mention the cockerel, Muscovy ducks and hens all roam free, delightful

Mrs Carol P,

A good central area.

Mr John L,

Thank you for a lovely unforgettable holiday in Bluebell Byre. We enjoyed our stay and loved the rustic beauty of the cottage. we look forward to returning to experience more of what Kent has to offer. It was perfect for the dogs. Your dogs were so friendly too and I loved watching them play together. On our last day here, me and my partner got engaged in the garden. It was perfect.
