Lovely stay in Hexden Lea Cottage, great location for exploring Kent, our host's Margaret & Bertie were very welcoming , the cottage had stunning views also the 2 donkey's Ronnie & Reggie. we had a lovely holiday.
Excellent all round. Extremely well equipped. Great stay and two lovely donkeys at bottom of garden! Good eco friendly products and how cottage is heated etc.
Great location and easy to visit the many pubs and historic houses, Rye and the coast with outstanding fish restaurants. Wonderful hosts giving you space but there if needed.
We spent a long relaxing weekend at Hexden Lea - everything was beyond perfect and we only wish we could have stayed longer! Margaret & Bertie are amazing hosts and their cottage really is the perfect place to stay. There are many local sites to visit including National Trust sites and options for local walks to explore the countryside. We enjoyed local strolls from the cottage and meeting all the owners’ sheep. And Reggie & Ronnie the ponies are a delight! We would love to come back. Thanks for a great stay! Lily & Simon
