This very pretty detached weatherboarded cottage is located just outside the picturesque and popular country town of Cranbrook - with its famous windmill, wide selection of shops, pubs, restaurants and leisure centre. Sissinghurst Castle garden is close by, Leeds Castle a short drive and the mainline station at Staplehurst for trains to London (one hour) is only five miles away - so an ideal base for exploring the area and all it has to offer for a great family holiday. The owner was very helpful and the cottage was spacious clean and well equipped. The only thing spoiling my stay was the weather. I would definitely book again.
