Description

Located high on the North Downs in an area of outstanding natural beauty is this charming converted dairy which overlooks the pretty churchyard. The countryside is a rambler's paradise, with breathtaking rolling hills and valleys.  There are many footpaths to explore locally, nature reserves famous for orchids and a choice of pubs to enjoy nearby.  Part of a working sheep, cattle and arable farm, The Dairy is prettily adorned with pots and hanging baskets and screened from the farmyard. This is a true 'Good Life' experience for all the family. The Dairy is exceptionally well situated for visiting historic Canterbury only nine miles away or the fascinating coastline of Romney Marsh. The seaside town of Hythe is just 10 miles drive. For local shops and amenities the medieval village of Wye is only a five mile drive and there are a couple of excellent local dining pubs  to choose from, The Tiger at Stowting or The Five Bells at Brabourne - both just 3 miles away. Or just stroll through the fields from the house, to The Timberbatts where you can enjoy a pizza from the wood-fired oven (weekends only) and soak in the stunning views across the lovely unspoilt countryside.
