Kitchen is bright and airy with a tiled floor, a good range of fitted cupboards and open storage shelves, an electric hob and oven, a washing machine, a tumble dryer, a fridge/freezer and a microwave. There is a stable door leading to the outside seating area

Garden: There is a small paved area outside the back door with a wooden bench and a barbecue. There is a small pond covered with netting. You also have access to wander around the raised vegetable boxes, which are tended by the owners. The owners' have two friendly cats who will come and say hello

Pets: One dog only - please bring your own dog bowls and dog towels for drying wet and muddy feet. Please ensure pets do not go into the bedroom or on furniture.
