Bedroom has wood flooring and colourful rugs, a king-size bed which can be made into twin beds (2 ft 6 beds when separated), bedside tables, a stylish dressing table with mirror and a built-in wardrobe with robes for guests' use

Kitchen is bright and airy with a tiled floor, a good range of fitted cupboards and open storage shelves, an electric hob and oven, a washing machine, a tumble dryer, a fridge/freezer and a microwave. There is a stable door leading to the outside seating area
Bathroom is fully tiled and has a bath with shower over, with a large drench head, washbasin and w.c
Garden: There is a small paved area outside the back door with a wooden bench. There is a small pond covered with netting. You also have access to wander around the raised vegetable boxes, which are tended by the owners. The owners' have two friendly cats who will come and say hello

Pets: One dog only - please bring your own dog bowls and dog towels for drying wet and muddy feet. There are resident cats living upstairs so dogs must like cats!
