Located in the historic spa town of  Royal Tunbridge Wells, Dunstan Garden Apartment is perfect for couples looking to explore this beautiful area of the High Weald.  The property offers a spacious living and dining area with a warming gas flame-effect fire, perfect for chasing away those chilly evenings and a perfectly small outside seating area, full of colourful pots and plants. The kitchen is well equipped and bright and the master bedroom, with the option of twin beds, is full of colour and charm. There is safe storage for bikes allowing you to enjoy this urban area - relaxed evenings out in town enjoying the many local restaurants, pavement cafes and bars and then peddling off the next day to explore the beautiful Kentish and Sussex countryside, full of famous gardens and castles. Wander into town from the apartment and browse at your leisure in the chic independent shops in the High Street and colonnaded Pantiles, which hosts weekend farmers markets and live jazz nights during the summer.  Also within walking distance is the vibrant Trinity Theatre, hosting many year round events.

Sitting/Dining Room is lovely and bright and has wood flooring.  There is a cosy gas flame-effect fire, two leather sofas, a coffee trunk, a rug and occasional tables, TV and DVD and the Dining Area has a window table for two
Bedroom has wood flooring and colourful rugs, a king-size bed which can be made into twin beds (2 ft 6 beds when separated), bedside tables, a stylish dressing table with mirror and a built-in wardrobe with robes for guests' use

Kitchen is bright and airy with a tiled floor, a good range of fitted cupboards and open storage shelves, an electric hob and oven, a washing machine, a tumble dryer, a fridge/freezer and a microwave.  There is a stable door leading to the outside seating area
Bathroom is fully tiled and has a bath with shower over, with a large drench head, washbasin and w.c

Garden: There is a small paved area outside the back door with a wooden bench.  There is a small pond covered with netting.  You also have access to wander around the raised vegetable boxes, which are tended  by the owners.  The owners' have two friendly cats who will come and say hello
Heating: Gas central heating and a gas flame-effect fire
Parking: On-street parking outside the property
Pets:  One dog only - please bring your own dog bowls and dog towels for drying wet and muddy feet. There are resident cats living upstairs so dogs must like cats!
Notes: There is covered storage for own bicycles.  If twin beds are required, please request on booking.  Will accept babes in arms.
