This superb barn sits in a secluded spot in the grounds of the owners' wonderful oast house. The houses really are off the beaten track - with the private lane meandering through woodland and fields for about a mile. Fabulous views from the patio across the large pond, (fully fenced and gated) with dinghy and tree house for guests' use, plus walks across the 12.5 acres of rolling meadows or down the farm track and through the woods, which means that this can be either a quiet, relaxing place to recharge your batteries - or an entertaining holiday base for all the family. Furnished with flair and style and with solid oak flooring throughout, the property is both beautiful and practical. With historic Rye, the golden sands of Camber and the Kent & East Sussex Steam Railway station at Newenden a short drive away there is no shortage of places to go and things to do and for a really relaxing stay why not have your food delivered? Kitchen/Dining Area boasts an oak table with leather dining chairs and the kitchen is very well equipped including a Bosch electric fan assisted oven and hob with extractor hood, microwave, fridge/freezer, dishwasher and French doors opening out onto the private patio. (There is a washer/dryer in the cupboard under the stairs)
Bedroom 1 with a double bed and a single bed, bedside cabinet, wardrobe and large chest of drawers. Hooks and covered hangers provide clothes hanging space in this room. The striking En-Suite Shower Room is fully tiled and has a corner shower, heated towel rail, washbasin and w.c. French doors open out from the bedroom to the patio and garden
