This superb barn sits in a secluded spot in the grounds of the owners' wonderful oast house. The houses really are off the beaten track - with the private lane meandering through woodland and fields for about a mile. Fabulous views from the patio across the large pond, (fully fenced and gated) with dinghy and tree house for guests' use, plus walks across the 12.5 acres of rolling meadows or down the farm track and through the woods, which means that this can be either a quiet, relaxing place to recharge your batteries - or an entertaining holiday base for all the family. Furnished with flair and style and with solid oak flooring throughout, the property is both beautiful and practical. Reviews

This is a fantastic cottage with a really nice garden. Children will love rowing the boats in the little lake / pond. The road to the cottage is a bit off-road-style, so expect a dusty/muddy car after a few days.
