Description

The Parlour is a stunning conversion of an original dairy, which has been transformed into a fantastic holiday retreat set in a peaceful location on the edge of the village of Brede.  The owner has incorporated many of the original beams which have been lovingly restored, combined with many contemporary features giving The Parlour both character and a luxurious, modern style. The location is excellent for exploring the beautiful surrounding countryside and the nearby coastline. Rye is only seven miles away - with its many antique shops, cafes and restaurants and the golden seven mile long beach at Camber is an easy drive. A short walk takes you to two village pubs and the views from the farm drive - on the way to one of the pubs - is spectacular.   Shop: 0.5 miles  Pub: 500 yards  Coast: 6 miles

Reviews

Visits to gardens and vineyards very good

Mrs Tina W,

Very comfortable, practical accommodation. Excellent beds!

Mr Andrew H,

A nice clean get away from it all accommodation. Plenty of room for young children to play safely. The Parlour is a credit to owners who have put a lot of work into making it a memorable holiday accommodation.

Mr Peter B,

This is an excellent property, very clean and tidy with excellent facilities and the owners could not be anymore welcoming and helpful!

Mr Christopher L,

Lovely property in a quiet rural location, but close to an excellent public house [Red Lion] and within 15 minutes of a number of good locations to visit [Battle, Rye, Hastings]
